Install Ryujinx Canary on macOS

Use the universal macOS archive for Intel and Apple silicon Macs, then open Ryujinx.app and complete setup.

Steps

  1. 1. Download the macOS universal `.app.tar.gz` package from the Canary release assets.
  2. 2. Expand the archive. You should see `Ryujinx.app` or the app name used by that release.
  3. 3. Move the app to Applications or run it from your extracted folder.
  4. 4. If macOS blocks launch, open System Settings > Privacy & Security or right-click the app and choose Open once.
  5. 5. Continue with your own keys, firmware, game folders, controller profile, and graphics settings.
